Welcome to Channet, the application brought to you by Channet Team. Your use of Channet signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our application.
Account Creation and Security
When creating a Channet account, you are responsible for:
· Selecting secure login credentials and keeping them confidential.
· Monitoring all activities that occur under your account.
· Using only your legitimate identity and not creating fake or misleading accounts.
Account Termination
Channet Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if:
· There are violations of this User Agreement.
· Suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected.
· It is required by law.
You also have the option to delete your account via the in-app settings at any time.
To use Channet, you must:
· Be of legal age (at least 17 years old), or have the consent of a legal guardian if you are a minor.
· Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
· Use Channet only for legal, personal, non-commercial purposes.
While using Channet, you must not:
· Share or upload content that is illegal, harmful, false, or offensive.
· Harass, abuse, or cause harm to other users.
· Try to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Channet's systems.
· Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
· Use Channet to spread spam, deepfake content, or misinformation.
User Content
You own the content you create and upload to Channet. But when you post it on Channet, you give Channet Team a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and enhance that content within the Channet platform.
Channet's Content
All aspects of Channet, including logos, software, interfaces, and AI features, are owned by or licensed to Channet Team. Without our written permission, you cannot copy, modify, or use this content.
We handle your data as described in our [Privacy Policy]. The data we collect may include:
· Your basic profile details.
· How you use Channet (usage patterns).
· Information about the devices you use.
· Data from your interactions on Channet (used for improving services and content moderation).
Data processing may occur in different countries. By using Channet, you consent to this cross-border data transfer.

· To protect the Channet community from inappropriate or illegal content.

However, we do not guarantee continuous or real-time monitoring. We can remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice if violations are found.

To the extent allowed by law, Channet Team and its affiliates will not be liable for:

· Issues caused by your use or inability to use Channet.
Using Channet is at your own risk.
You agree to protect Channet Team and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities that result from:
· Your use of Channet.
· Your breach of this User Agreement.
· Your violation of laws or third-party rights.
Channet Team can update this User Agreement at any time. Major changes will be announced in the Channet app. If you keep using Channet after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Channet Team is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
